John Tesoriero – Chairman
John is a former CEO of the MVCB, he currently works for the Mildura Development Corporation and has a history in the rural water sectors of Victoria and NSW
Jan is a grower and packer of citrus at Palinyewah NSW. Jan has been involved in many aspects of the citrus industry including Chairman of the Murray Valley Citrus Board.
Trevor is a producer of both citrus and wine grapes at Pelinyewah, NSW. Trevor is a recent graduate of MVCB’s Impact on Citrus leadership program and a director of Sunraysia Citrus Growers Inc.
Tony is the Board’s Victorian Government representative and Senior Policy Analyst, Rural Policy and Strategy Group, Department of Primary Industries.
Keith is a citrus grower at Palinyewah, NSW. Keith is more directly involved with his orchard since he has scaled back his involvement as solicitor and partner at a Mildura based law practice.
Jeremy is the Boards NSW Government representative and holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree. He is currently employed as an Irrigation Officer with the NSW Department of Primary Industries at Dareton.
Alison is a Horticultural Consultant with SunRise21 Inc, with 24 years experience in research and industry. Alison’s areas of specilaized research include agronomy, chemical efficiency and spray application and drift, crop assessments, field research and training.
Geoff is a citrus and grape producer at ’RonGol’ on the Darling river north of Pomona. He is a graduate of the Citrus Leadership Program and is also a horticulture teacher at Sunraysia Institute of TAFE.
Craig is a citrus and mixed horticulture grower with a property at Iraak. Craig has experience as a consultant to the agri-business sector, promotion and development of export markets and has formal qualifications in Agricultural Science.
Hugh Flett - Cheif Executive Officer
Hugh has a strong background in the financial performance of agriculture. Hugh is outcome focused towards the citrus industry issues and its promotion.
Mary Cannard BSc (Hons)
Industry Development Officer (IDO)/ CITTgroup Co-Ordinator (full time)
Responsible for: promoting Total Quality Management, Best Practice to growers and technology transfer.
Tony Bothroyd - Field Officer (full time)
Provides support to the IDO with crop forecasting, technology transfer, liaising with growers/packers and providing market information to key stakeholders.
Deb Scott - Office Administration (part time)
Deb looks after the Board’s requirements including organising meetings and minute taking as well as processing levy information, property registrations, maintains the website and grower contact database and general administrative duties.
Sue Chapman - CPA Accountant/Public Officer (part time)
Sue is a CPA and handles all the financial and statutory requirements, including audits of Approved Receivers, for the Board.
Kristi Goldup – Administration Assistant (part time)
Kristi processes levy information and property registrations and provides reception and administration assistance to all staff.
